Nature Of The Service

• The platform helps people search for donors, create blood requests, and coordinate contact between members.
• A donor or request appearing on the site does not confirm medical eligibility or donation suitability.
• Hospitals, blood banks, and qualified medical bodies are responsible for screening, blood acceptance, and final compatibility.
• Medical instructions from doctors and qualified institutions must always be followed.

Accounts And Data

• You should provide accurate information when registering or creating a blood request.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and not sharing your account.
• The admin team may suspend or delete fake, abusive, or violating accounts.
• You can update your profile, contact methods, and privacy settings from your dashboard.

Donor Search Use

• Donor information must not be used for harassment, marketing, or anything unrelated to a real donation need.
• Members' privacy choices must be respected, including hidden phone numbers or in-site messages only.
• If you are no longer available to donate, you should update your availability or pause visibility.
• Impersonation and publishing someone else's data without permission are prohibited.

Blood Requests

• Blood requests should include hospital, city, blood type, urgency, and suitable contact methods.
• The requester may choose WhatsApp, phone call, email, or in-site messages, and may use another phone number for a specific request.
• After finding a donor, the requester should complete or delete the request to avoid unnecessary contact.
• Admins may review or delete requests when misuse or inappropriate information is suspected.

Contact Inside And Outside The Site

• In-site messages are optional and help members communicate without exposing phone or email details.
• When WhatsApp, phone, or email is selected, the contact method approved by the user may be shown.
• Spam, threats, commercial messages, or unrelated messages are prohibited.
• Users may delete messages from their own view, while the platform may keep necessary records for safety and abuse prevention.

Medical Articles And Content

• Medical or awareness articles may be submitted but are not published until approved by admins.
• Content must not include misleading medical claims, dangerous advice, or another person's personal data without permission.
• Admins may edit, reject, or delete content that is unsuitable or violates platform rules.

• You may receive notifications about contact requests, replies, or nearby blood requests if you enable them.
• You can revoke notification permission from your browser or phone settings.
• Installing the site as an app makes access easier and does not change the service or these terms.

Ads And External Services

• The platform may show ads or external links when enabled by admins.
• We are not responsible for external websites, their content, or their policies.
• External services such as CAPTCHA or ads may be governed by their own policies.
