Donation And Availability Data

• You can control when you appear as an available donor and when your visibility is paused.
• Your availability schedule is open by default for all days and times unless you customize it.
• If you record a previous donation, the site may use the date to calculate your return after the waiting period.
• You can update your profile, availability, and privacy choices later from your dashboard.

What Others Can See

• Search results show only the details needed for coordination, such as display name, blood type, governorate, and city.
• Your phone or email appears only when you choose contact methods that depend on them.
• If you choose in-site messages only, others can send a contact request without seeing your phone or email.
• You can pause visibility or update contact methods at any time.

Member Contact Methods

• During registration or privacy updates, you may enable WhatsApp, phone calls, email, or in-site messages.
• When creating a blood request, you can choose request-specific contact methods and use your registered phone or another phone for that request only.
• In-site messages help members communicate without sharing phone numbers or email addresses, with reply and delete options in the dashboard.
• We may keep message and contact request records to protect users, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Blood Requests And Donor Search

• Blood requests show necessary details such as blood type, city, hospital, urgency, and selected contact methods.
• The requester can complete or delete a request after finding a donor to avoid unnecessary further contact.
• Admins may review or delete requests when misuse or policy violations are detected.

Medical Articles And Published Content

• Visitors or members may submit medical articles with text, images, and links.
• Articles are not published until approved by the admin team.
• The author name and email may appear if included, and articles must not include another person's sensitive personal data without permission.

Notifications And App Installation

• If you enable notifications, we may send alerts about contact requests, replies, or nearby blood requests.
• You can manage notification permission from your browser or phone settings at any time.
• Installing the site as an app makes access easier and does not grant extra permissions beyond what you approve.

Security And Verification

• We use login sessions and encrypted passwords to protect accounts.
• CAPTCHA may be used during registration to reduce fake accounts and abuse.
• Some admin actions or contact attempts may be logged for security review and abuse prevention.
